​ACTING

Monique Gelineau Schwaneman is a Hollywood native, who's booked principal roles on projects with artists including Ken Jeong, Ryan Kelley, and Janelle Monae. She earned her BFA degree in Acting from California State University, Fullerton and has been working in the industry ever since. Monique is a SAG-AFTRA member, as well as a proud member of The Road Theatre Company in North Hollywood. Monique has extensive experience in Swimming, Water Polo, Dance, ​Color Guard, Stunts, and is ​Stage Combat certified in six weapons.


​PRODUCING

Monique has produced three short films in the past two years, and is in pre-production for her fourth.Her short 'All Done!' is an Official Selection of the 2020 Portland Comedy Film Festival, and raised over $25,000 through their crowdfunding campaign during a pandemic for the short film 'Distance', which was written, directed, produced, and starring an all female team.

​Monique is dedicated to telling authentic female driven stories, created and produced by female filmmakers and people of color.
